You must not share your login details with any third party. lake33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Before processing any withdrawal, lake33 may require you to submit satisfactory proof of identity (e.g., National Identity Card, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

All transactions on the lake33 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. lake33 reserves the right to adjust conversion rates.

lake33 aims to process verified withdrawal requests on the same business day. Processing times may be affected by payment provider delays, weekend banking hours, public holidays, and additional verification requirements. lake33 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Any deposit made using a fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment method will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities. lake33 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected financial fraud.
lake33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once an acceptance notification is received. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended or void will be refunded at the original stake.
In the event of a manifest error in the odds or lines displayed on the lake33 platform (a "palpable error"), lake33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds and refund the stake to the player's account. lake33 shall determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether an error constitutes a palpable error.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account per day. These limits are available within the betting section of the lake33 platform. lake33 reserves the right to restrict maximum winnings at any time.
lake33 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any form of corruption in sport. Any account suspected of involvement in or benefiting from corrupt sporting activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant sporting integrity bodies.
Casino games available on lake33 – including live dealer games, slots, table games, and game shows – are provided by third-party game suppliers. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical events observed via video stream. lake33 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules of the relevant game supplier. lake33 shall not be liable for interrupted sessions caused by player-side connectivity issues.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the lake33 platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lake33, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
The lake33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lake33 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. While lake33 endeavours to maintain platform availability, temporary interruptions for maintenance or due to unforeseen technical issues may occur.
In any event, lake33's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
lake33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or for any other reason at lake33's sole discretion. Upon termination, any outstanding genuine funds in your account (net of bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your lake33 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lake33's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the lake33 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or other applicable jurisdictions.
lake33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the lake33 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
